Dear Sirs:
Ted Santos was my executive coach for one year, 2004-2005. When I met him, I was clearly under performing as a mortgage broker. After trying everything to turn around my career, I hired Ted. In that 12-month period, several important results occurred in my career.
First, I experienced a major increase in sales performance. He and I developed sales projections that appeared beyond my ability to produce. I not only hit the projections I reached them in half the time. Working with him empowered me to continuously produce those kinds of results with consistency. Second, because of the increase in performance, I was courted by three competitors. Ted played a major role in coaching me to choose the company that was the best match for me as well as making the transition in a new company. I went from a professional who was contemplating quitting his career to having my pick of the litter.
In addition to the satisfaction of achieving tremendous results, he coached me through situations that, in the past, would have deterred me from accomplishing my desired goals. Being able to navigate my way through tough situations is what has ultimately given me the confidence to continuously strive outside of my comfort zone and realize accomplishment beyond my beliefs of the past.
Sincerely,
Charles Marino
